The menu has expanded! Now you can come have dinner at Rootstock & Vine and savor fresh, local, organic ingredients prepared for you in exciting ways by Chef A.J.
Come enjoy our four new entrées, featuring:
● 8 oz. bistro steak frites – certified Angus beef served with garlic fingerlings, broccolini, and a chimichurri sauce
● 10 oz. roasted chicken breast – with Riverview Farms polenta and andouille sausage succotash
● Smoked portabella mushroom – for the veggie lovers with broccolini, farro, cherry tomatoes, pearl onions, and a roasted red pepper coulis
● Pan-seared American red snapper – topped with cucumber salsa and served with a plantain mash
All of our entrées are gluten-free and pair perfectly with wines listed with each on the menu. As always, our curated wine selection will take your taste buds on their own adventure. And make sure you leave room for dessert! Rootstock & Vine has earned much praise for our lava cake recently. But all desserts are house-made thanks to Chef A.J. bringing her pastry background out to play.
